Daily Reflection - 27 February - Mark 1:6-11

6And Yoḥanan was clothed with camel’s hair and a leather girdle around his waist, and eating locusts and wild honey.

7And he proclaimed, saying, “After me comes One who is mightier than I, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to stoop down and loosen.

8“I indeed did immerse you in water, but He shall immerse you in the Set-apart Spirit.”

9And it came to be in those days that יהושע came from Natsareth of Galil, and was immersed by Yoḥanan in the Yardĕn.

10And immediately, coming up from the water, He saw the heavens being torn open and the Spirit coming down on Him like a dove.

11And a voice came out of the heavens, “You are My Son, the Beloved, in whom I did delight.” MARK 1:6-11 Institute for Scripture Research – ISR

8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.

9 And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.

10 And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:

11 And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. MARK 1:6-11 King James Version - KJV

8 Truth it is, I have baptized you with water: but he will baptize you with the holy Ghost.

9 And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth, a city of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.

10 And as soon as he was come out of the water, John saw the heavens cloven in twain, and the holy Ghost descending upon him like a dove.

May Yah bless and keep you ALL safely abiding under the Shadows of His Mighty Wings. If you have not yet repented, I ask that you repent immediately. Turn to our Heavenly Father through His Beloved Son Yahushua Ha Mashiach (Jesus Christ). Please consider doing this immediately, for as we know the world is soon coming to a close. It is during this time that we will need Yah's full divine protection for what is to be unveiled. I believe that it was through obedience that Noah had such great faith; this in essence was what saved him and his family from the flood. As a follower of the Holy Messiah (born again Believer; a former Roman Catholic of 46+ years) there is so much to gain in doing so. My soul is richly blessed by the gems of truth revealed to me by my beloved Heavenly Father, Abba, and I have no regrets repenting of my past ways. Blessings! ~ Judy Velez

THE PSALMS

1Would you indeed speak righteousness, in silence? Do you judge straightly, you sons of men?

2No, in heart you work unrighteousness; On earth you weigh out the violence of your hands.

3The wrong have been estranged from the womb; These who speak lies go astray from birth.

4Their poison is like the poison of a snake; Like a deaf cobra that stops its ear,

5So as not to hear the voice of whisperers, Or a skilled caster of spells.

6O Elohim, break their teeth in their mouth! Break out the fangs of the young lions, O יהוה!

7Let them melt, let them vanish as water; Let Him aim His arrows that they be cut down;

8Like a snail which melts away as it moves, Like a woman’s stillbirth, Let them not see the sun!

9Before your pots feel the thorns, Whether green or ablaze, He sweeps them away.

10The righteous rejoices when he has seen the vengeance, He washes his feet in the blood of the wrong,
