Daily Reflection - 20 April - Amos 1:5-8

5“And I shall break the bar of Damascus, and cut off the inhabitant from the Valley of Awen, and the one who holds the sceptre from Bĕyth Ěḏen. And the people of Aram shall go exiled to Qir,” said יהוה.

6Thus said יהוה, “For three transgressions of Azzah, and for four, I do not turn it back, because they took into exile an entire exile, to surrender it to Eḏom.

7“But I shall send fire upon the wall of Azzah, and it shall consume its palaces.

8“And I shall cut off the inhabitant from Ashdoḏ, and the one who holds the sceptre from Ashqelon. And I shall turn My hand against Eqron, and the remnant of the Philistines shall perish,” said the Master יהוה. AMOS 1:5-8 Institute for Scripture Research – ISR

5 I will break also the bar of Damascus, and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven, and him that holdeth the sceptre from the house of Eden: and the people of Syria shall go into captivity unto Kir, saith the Lord.

6 Thus saith the Lord; For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver them up to Edom:

7 But I will send a fire on the wall of Gaza, which shall devour the palaces thereof:

8 And I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod, and him that holdeth the sceptre from Ashkelon, and I will turn mine hand against Ekron: and the remnant of the Philistines shall perish, saith the Lord God. AMOS 1:5-8 King James Version - KJV

7 Therefore will I send a fire upon the walls of Gaza, and it shall devour the palaces thereof.

May Yah bless and keep you ALL safely abiding under the Shadows of His Mighty Wings. If you have not yet repented, I ask that you repent immediately. Turn to our Heavenly Father through His Beloved Son Yahusha Messiah (Jesus Christ). Please consider doing this immediately, for as we know the world is soon coming to a close. It is during this time that we will need Yah's full divine protection for what is to be unveiled. I believe that it was through obedience that Noah had such great faith; this in essence was what saved him and his family from the flood. As a follower of the Holy Messiah (born again Believer; a former Roman Catholic of 46+ years) there is so much to gain in doing so. THE PSALMS

1יהוה said to my Master, “Sit at My right hand, Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”

2יהוה sends Your mighty sceptre out of Tsiyon. Rule in the midst of Your enemies!

3Your people volunteer in the day of Your might, In the splendours of set-apartness! From the womb, from the morning, You have the dew of Your youth!

4יהוה has sworn and does not relent, “You are a priest forever According to the order of Malkitseḏeq.”

5יהוה at Your right hand Shall smite sovereigns in the day of His wrath.

6He judges among the nations, He shall fill the nations with dead bodies, He shall crush the Head over the mighty earth!
