Daily Reflection - 20 August - Ezra 3:1-6

1Now when the seventh month came, and the children of Yisra’ĕl were in the cities, the people gathered as one man to Yerushalayim.

2And Yĕshua son of Yotsaḏaq and his brothers the priests, and Zerubbaḇel son of She’alti’ĕl and his brothers, arose and built the altar of the Elohim of Yisra’ĕl, to offer burnt offerings on it, as it is written in the Torah of Mosheh, the man of Elohim.

3So they set the altar on its stands, being afraid of the peoples of the lands. And they offered burnt offerings on it to יהוה, both the morning and evening burnt offerings.

4And they performed the Festival of Booths, as it is written, and the daily burnt offerings by number, according to the right-ruling for each day,

5and afterward the continual burnt offering, and those for New Moons and for all the appointed times of יהוה that were set-apart, also for everyone who volunteered a voluntary offering to יהוה.

6From the first day of the seventh month they began to offer burnt offerings to יהוה. But the foundation of the Hĕḵal of יהוה had not been laid. EZRA 3:1-6 Institute for Scripture Research – ISR

3 And when the seventh month was come, and the children of Israel were in the cities, the people gathered themselves together as one man to Jerusalem.

2 Then stood up Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and his brethren the priests, and Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and his brethren, and builded the altar of the God of Israel, to offer burnt offerings thereon, as it is written in the law of Moses the man of God.

3 And they set the altar upon his bases; for fear was upon them because of the people of those countries: and they offered burnt offerings thereon unto the Lord, even burnt offerings morning and evening.

4 They kept also the feast of tabernacles, as it is written, and offered the daily burnt offerings by number, according to the custom, as the duty of every day required;

5 And afterward offered the continual burnt offering, both of the new moons, and of all the set feasts of the Lord that were consecrated, and of every one that willingly offered a freewill offering unto the Lord.

6 From the first day of the seventh month began they to offer burnt offerings unto the Lord. But the foundation of the temple of the Lord was not yet laid. EZRA 3:1-6 King James Version - KJV

5 And afterward the continual burnt offering, both in the new months and in all the feast days that were consecrated unto the Lord, and in all the oblations willingly offered unto the Lord.

May Yah bless and keep you ALL safely abiding under the Shadows of His Mighty Wings. If you have not yet repented, I ask that you repent immediately. Turn to our Heavenly Father through His Beloved Son Yahusha Messiah (Jesus Christ). Please consider doing this immediately, for as we know the world is soon coming to a close. It is during this time that we will need Yah's full divine protection for what is to be unveiled. I believe that it was through obedience that Noah had such great faith; this in essence was what saved him and his family from the flood. As a follower of the Holy Messiah (born again Believer; a former Roman Catholic of 46+ years) there is so much to gain in doing so. 1Elohim stands in the congregation of Ěl; He judges in the midst of the elohim.

2How long would you judge perversely, And show partiality to the wrong? Selah.

3Give right-ruling to the poor and fatherless, Do right to the afflicted and needy.

4Rescue the poor and needy; Deliver them from the hand of the wrong.

5They do not know, nor do they understand, They walk about in darkness. All the foundations of the earth are shaken.

6I, I said, “You are elohim, And all of you are sons of the Most High.

7“But as men you die, And fall as one of the heads.”
